had an incredible experience staying here! The staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions about safety, making me feel completely at ease. The facility is definitely celebrity-friendly, offering both privacy and comfort. The beds were super comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and safe environment
They went above and beyond to improve their customer service ability. However if you are looking for a top class hotel this is not it. Cleanliness is a low 1 star but customer service is at its highest. They did everything possible for a refund and was greatly appreciated.
My family and I have been staying here for quite a while and the staff is a delight. They are very helpful with anything that needs done whether it’s towels or maintenance in the room. They have a nice breakfast every morning and are very diligent whenever something is needed. I would highly recommend this place. It is also within walking distance of fox valley mall which is a huge plus.
